Prime Asia Hotel

Very poor wifi in hotel and no wifi available in rm 407. Toiletries (1 very small shampoo & body gel) are not enough for 2adults and 1child, i suggest to bring yours when you check in to this hotel, expect 2 pillows only provided. Need to pay additional ₱50 if you want to add more pillow. No facial tissue inside the room. No center table between the 2 double beds.

Nice room, comfortable bed. Affordable rate, bathroom remodel could make this a 5 Star rating. Shower/tub is old, outdated and cracked, moldy. Good for 1 nighter stay, if they remodel the bathrooms I’d stay long term. Beautiful view of pool, customer service is 5 star+++. 3 other expat friends shared with me their same experience. Hoping the management or owners heeds the reviews.

Really nice place. We got the presidential suite on a very sweet deal at 5000PHP a night and it's typically over 20000. A very large space with a living room area that has sliding doors to enclose it fully into its own room with bathroom. Dining area, kitchen, balcony and large master bedroom. The master bedroom bath room is large with a jetted Jacuzzi and a very ample shower with glass all around for a view but with a curtain inside for privacy. Enclosed toilet, double sinks, make up table and closets. Lobby is nice and clean with a 24hr coffee shop that serves excellent coffee! This place looks like it used to be probably one of the finest in the area but now it's run down a little. Here are the things that were disappointing and the rain for only 3 stars. Parking. You have to park in front and there are not that many spots, wonder what they do when they're fully booked? We had to leave the keys to the car at the front desk because cars end up blocking each other. We got the presidential suite which is at the top floor where the pool is. It is the first door in the hallway as you come out of the elevator. However, since the kitchen is right there, they're using the hallway as storage for a bunch of stuff. So you basically feel like you're going into a back utility hallway and all that at is being stored right inside of the door. That's what you come out to when coming out of the unit. The bed is a standard king, unlike at ABC where they have custom larger beds, the bed here felt small. The shower has a 24" rainfall shower head but it seems they don't know how to maintain it. When we turned it on, the water just came out of the edges and not the center. I wiped all of the little rubber tips and then it worked but they weren't pointing straight down. It's ready to clean, don't see why they don't. We were given literally 2 body towels and 2 hand towels. The lady said because the check in was for two, but really? So she asked for more and she told my wife who is Filipina, that there was a charge for each additional towels. Then I called back and they didn't mention an extra charge and sent us 4 more towels. Aside from that, the people at the bar and pool area are awesome, very friendly and prompt service, the pool is awesome, the view is amazing. I definitely recommend this place and I would urge the business owners to invest a little into the business to make this a 5 star place. We plan to come back and check out one of the other regular rooms.

I really like everything about this hotel. The rooms are modern as the photos, clean and spacious. The pool is great open 24 hr offering towels as you enter where there is a bar there and seating with beautiful views. The only thing would be the ac struggled a bit but once on for a while is ok and there was no blankets on the beds. Extra sheets provide helped. I'm thinking there maybe a linen supply problem. Overall great and ill come again.

We availed the Family Loft room even if it was only me and my husband. The room was really nice and big. Since it's a loft type, we had a living room, kitchenette, and CR at the bottom floor; then the bed and another CR with bathtub is on the top floor. Furniture was a little bit outdated but it's okay. The TV had Netflix but we were not able to use it because of the region restriction. And the rest of the settings were in Korean. We didn't bother to use it. Anyway, you have your own wifi connection, free bedroom slippers, and other mini toiletries. We went there during the Tigtigan weekend so there was traffic going to and from but on a regular day, it's easy to access the hotel. They even have designated parking slots for guests. One more benefit is having a Mediterranean restaurant at the lobby which was really good!
